HOW TO MAKE BAKED MASHED POTATOES WITH TUNA AND EGG

Step 1: Cook the eggs in a saucepan with water. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and set aside.

Step 2: Peel, wash the potatoes and season with salt. Cut them into round slices and fry in hot oil. When they are fried, place the potatoes in a dish with absorbent paper.

Step 3: Meanwhile, shred the tuna with a fork and set aside. Place the olive oil, chopped onion, the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces and the oregano in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the tuna and season with pepper. Stir and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
