HOW TO MAKE BAKED MASHED POTATOES WITH TUNA AND EGG:

Step 1: Cook the eggs in a saucepan with water. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and set aside.

Step 2: Peel, wash the potatoes and season with salt. Cut them into round slices and fry in hot oil. When they are fried, place the potatoes in a dish with absorbent paper.

Step 3: Meanwhile, shred the tuna with a fork and set aside. Place the olive oil, chopped onion, the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces and the oregano in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the tuna and season with pepper. Stir and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 5: In a bowl, mix with a fork the béchamel, the cream and the nutmeg.

Step 6: Place on the bottom of a baking dish a layer of potatoes, on top, the tuna mixture and one more layer of potatoes.   • 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) grated mozzarella cheese

Directions
