HOW TO MAKE EASY CHEESY TUNA LASAGNA
Step 1: Drain and shred the tuna with a fork.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, pour the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion starts to turn golden brown, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Step 3: Add the tuna, tomato pulp and garlic powder. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
Step 4: In a medium bowl, combine the béchamel and the whipping cream; set aside.
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 6: Place a lasagna sheet on the bottom of a baking dish. Pour a layer of the tuna mixture over the lasagna sheet and so on until finish with a lasagna sheet.
Step 7: Pour the béchamel mixture over the lasagna and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

- 500 ml (about 2 cups) béchamel sauce
- 4 fresh lasagna sheets (or lasagna noodles) (about 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces))
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) tomato pulp
- 1 medium onion
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) grated parmesan cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
