HOW TO MAKE MONKFISH STEW WITH CLAMS

Wash and cut the monkfish into pieces. Peel, wash the potatoes and cut into cubes.
In a pot, place the chopped onion, the peeled tomatoes cut into pieces, the potatoes, the fish and the peeled garlic. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about one hour. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the clams and cook until the clams start to open.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
