  • 4 pork chops (about 400 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions
