HOW TO PREPARE PORK CHOPS IN THE OVEN:
In a bowl, mix with a fork, the olive oil, sliced garlic, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and dijon mustard.
Place the chops on a baking dish, season with a little salt and drizzle with the previous mixture.

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (about 400 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Pepper (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- In a bowl, mix with a fork, the olive oil, sliced garlic, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and dijon mustard.
- Place the chops on a baking dish, season with a little salt and drizzle with the previous mixture. Bake until the chops start to golden brown, about one hour. Occasionally, drizzle the chops with the sauce.
- Turn off the oven and serve.
