HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
Step 1: Wash, remove the stem from the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Peel the banana and cut into round slices. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture, about 30 seconds.
Step 2: Pour the milkshake in individual cups and serve preferably cold.

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
