HOW TO PREPARE VEAL CUBES WITH PASTA AND CREAM:

Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with a little salt. When the pasta is cooked, drain it with a skimmer.
Meanwhile, place the olive oil, chopped onion and the veal cubes in a saucepan. Season with a little salt, nutmeg, chopped rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat about 20 minutes. Add the pasta and the cream to the meat pan and mix well. Cook for more 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with a little more chopped rosemary and serve. Bon appetit!!!
