HOW TO MAKE VEAL CUBES WITH PASTA AND CREAM
Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with a little salt. When the pasta is cooked, drain it with a skimmer.
Meanwhile, place the olive oil, chopped onion and the veal cubes in a saucepan. Season with a little salt, nutmeg, chopped rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat about 20 minutes. Add the pasta and the cream to the meat pan and mix well. Cook for more 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the heat.

- 300 grams (10 1/2 ounces) veal cut into cubes
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 medium onion
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) fusilli pasta
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
- Salt (to taste)
