  • 3 desalted cod steaks (about 800 grams (1 3/4 pounds))
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) small potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Coriander (to taste)
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
