HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE AND LEMON CAKE:
Beat the sugar, eggs, butter and the lemon zest until obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Add the the flour, chocolate powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, lemon juice and beat until a creamy mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake about 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and unmold the cake. Let cool completely and serve.

Ingredients
- 50 grams (1/3 cup) chocolate powder
- 150 grams (2/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 200 grams (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 50 grams (1/4 cup) butter to room temperature
- 2 eggs
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Grease a bundt cake pan (24 x 8 centimeters (9 1/2-inch diameter with 3 1/4-inch-high sides)) with margarine and dust with chocolate powder.
- In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the sugar, eggs, butter and the lemon zest until obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Add the the flour, chocolate powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, lemon juice and beat until a creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes (the time depends on the oven).
- Turn off the oven and unmold the cake. Let cool completely and serve.
