HOW TO MAKE SWEET CHOCOLATE CAKE:
Beat the sugar, eggs and the butter until a homogeneous mixture. Add the milk, chocolate powder, a pinch of salt, strawberry jam and mix for 3 to 4 minutes until it’s nicely incorporated. Add the flour and the baking powder and beat until obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Pour the dough into the prepared pan
and bake for 35 minutes.
When the cake is cooked, remove from oven and unmold onto a plate. Let cool to room temperature and serve.

- 100 grams (3/4 cup) chocolate powder
- 3 medium eggs
- 125 grams (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 150 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
- 75 grams (1/3 cup) butter to room temperature
- A pinch of salt
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Grease a bundt cake pan (24 x 8 centimeters (9 1/2-inch diameter with 3 1/4-inch-high sides)) with margarine and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
- In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the sugar, eggs and the butter until a homogeneous mixture. Add the milk, chocolate powder, a pinch of salt, strawberry jam and mix for 3 to 4 minutes until it’s nicely incorporated. Reduce the mixer speed to low, add the flour and the baking powder and beat until obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes (the time depends on the oven).
- When the cake is cooked, remove from oven and unmold onto a plate. Let cool to room temperature and serve.
