HOW TO MAKE CHANTILLY WITH STRAWBERRIES AND PINEAPPLE
Step 1: Beat the cream, the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Step 2: Pour the whipped cream into individual bowls and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
Step 3: Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Remove the stem from the strawberries, wash them and cut into quarters. Garnish the chantilly with the fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
TIPS FOR THE CREAM
1. We usually use cream with 30% fat. According to our experience, heavy whipping cream is the best option if you want your cream to have a thick and fluffy texture.
2. Store the cream in the fridge. Whip the fresh cream with powdered sugar. Powdered sugar helps to whip the cream and adds flavor.

- 400 ml (about 1 pint (473 ml)) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar to beat the cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cinnamon powder (to taste)
- In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the cream, the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the whipped cream into individual bowls and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
