HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED CHICKEN LEGS WITH ORANGE
Step 1: Place the chicken legs on a baking dish and season with salt, oregano, rosemary, orange juice, margarine, peeled garlic, Worcestershire sauce and the sliced orange. Let marinate about 1 hour.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Bake the chicken until golden, about 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken with the sauce.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve with chips.
TIPS FOR EASY BAKED CHICKEN LEGS WITH ORANGE
1. If the chicken legs start to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually bake at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the chicken gets more tender.
3. If you have leftovers, store the chicken legs in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.
