- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
- 5 pineapple slices (about 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces))
- 3 peaches
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Peel the peaches and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until obtain a quite creamy mixture, about 35 seconds.
- Pour the milkshake in individual cups and serve cold.
