HOW TO MAKE ROASTED RABBIT WITH POTATOES

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 2: Wash the unpeeled potatoes and give a small cut across each one of them.

Step 3: Place the rabbit and the potatoes on a baking dish and season with salt, unpeeled crushed garlic, pepper and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden, about 1 hour and 20 minutes. TIPS FOR ROASTED RABBIT WITH POTATOES

    This was wonderful. I added some Brussel sprouts and yellow onion for veggies but I will use this recipe again
