HOW TO MAKE STEWED MEAT:

Season the meat with salt, chopped garlic, pepper, nutmeg, white wine and bay leaf. Let marinate about two hours.
In a saucepan, add the olive oil and the onions cut into round slices. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn golden brown. Add the meat with the marinade and the chilli cut into pieces, stir and cook over low heat for about three hours. Turn the meat occasionally (If the sauce starts to dry up, add a little more white wine and olive oil).
Turn off the heat and serve the meat with white rice.
