  • 3 unflavored gelatin sheets
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • For garnish:
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) whipping cream
  • 50 grams / (1 3/4 ounces) dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon margarine

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. For the dough:
