HOW TO MAKE EASY CINNAMON CAKE

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Grease a bundt cake pan with butter and dust the inside of the pan with some flour (hold and rotate the pan so that the flour coats all surfaces).

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and the cinnamon powder; set aside.

Step 3: Add the dark brown sugar, eggs and the vegetable oil into a blender. Blend on medium speed for about 45 seconds or until obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Step 4: Gradually pour the cinnamon cream to the flour bowl and mix until you get a creamy batter.
