HOW TO MAKE FRESH SAUSAGES IN THE OVEN

Cut the bacon into strips. In a baking dish, put the onion cut into round slices, the sausages and the bacon. Season with some salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, thyme and bay leaf. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and marinate about 1 hour.     • Juice of one lemon
    • 1 medium onion
    • 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
    • Pepper (to taste)

    • Thyme (to taste)
    • 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) raw bacon
