HOW TO MAKE STEWED MEAT WITH RICE:
Place the olive oil, chopped onions, chopped garlic, peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces and the red pepper sauce in a saucepan and cook over low, stirring occasionally. Add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the rice and season with a little more salt. Mix the rice in the meat, pour the water and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook the rice for about 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
