TIPS FOR EASY BAKED LEMON CHICKEN
1. If the steaks starts to brown too much reduce the oven temperature or cover the steaks with aluminum foil.
2. We usually bake the chicken steaks at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the chicken gets more tender.
3. If you have leftovers or want to save the recipe for later, let the steaks cool completely and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms).
4. If you want to add a little more flavor to the recipe, season the steaks with aromatic herbs (suggestion: thyme or rosemary).
5. If you have a little more time, let the steaks marinate for about 2 hours to better absorb the seasonings.
