Ingredients

  • 1 bread (about 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces))

  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) mayonnaise
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) grated cheese
  • Coriander (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF).
