HOW TO MAKE 15-MINUTE SHRIMP SPAGHETTI
Step 1: Cook the spaghetti in a pot with water seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt (if you want, you can also season with a drizzle of olive oil and a small peeled onion). Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside.
Step 2: While the spaghetti is cooking, melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.
Step 3: Add the shrimp and season with 1 teaspoon salt, garlic powder and paprika.
Stir and fry the shrimp over medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Add the spaghetti to the frying pan and season with chopped parsley.
Mix everything very well and turn off the heat.
Step 5: Season with lemon juice, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
HOW TO STORE
If you have any leftovers or want to save the recipe for another time, let it cool completely and store the shrimp spaghetti in the refrigerator in an airtight container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. It is not advisable to store it for much longer because the shrimp may start to lose some quality.
