Step 1: Wash the strawberries and remove the stem. Cut the strawberries into slices.
Step 2: Add the strawberries, granulated sugar and cinnamon stick to the bowl.
Step 3: Attach the stainless steel stirring tool and cook for 40 minutes at 110ºC (230ºF) on the lowest speed.
Step 4: Remove the the cinnamon stick. Pour the jam into a clean or sterilized glass jar and seal.
Step 5: Let it cool to room temperature and store the jam in the refrigerator.
HOW TO STORE
Let the jam cool to room temperature and store it in the refrigerator in a glass jar tightly closed. If it is sealed tightly, you can store the jam for about 1 month. After this period, it may begin to lose quality and develop microorganisms.
